본 연구는 장애인의 운동참여에 영향을 미치는 생태학적 변인들에 대한 측정도구 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 절차는 1차적으로 생태학적 변인을 탐색하기 위하여 운동에 참여하고 있는 장애인 2,167명에게 개방형 설문을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 구조화된 9요인 39문항의 예비척도를 구성하였다. 2차적으로 장애인 200명에게 예비척도로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 8요인 38문항으로 추출하였다. 3차적으로 장애인 1,962명에게 수정된 척도로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 8요인 38문항으로 확정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 운동참여에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 탐색하기 위한 개방형설문에서 10개의 생태학적 변인을 추출하였고 구조화된 예비척도에서는 가족, 지도자, 의료관계자, 이동권, 정책 및 지원기관, 소속기관 및 단체, 지인, 대중매체, 프로그램 및 시설 9개의 요인 39문항으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 1차 구조화된 예비 측청도구를 통한 설문조사 후 탐색적 요인분석 결과에서는 ‘의료 관계자’ 6문항, ‘프로그램 및 시설’ 7문항, ‘대중매체’ 4문항, ‘지도자’ 4문항, ‘정책 및 지원기관’ 7문항, ‘지인’ 3문항, ‘이동권’ 3문항, ‘가족’ 4문항으로 분류하여 8개의 요인 38문항을 추출하였다. 셋째, 2차 구조화된 측정도구를 확인적 요인 분석을 실시하여 ‘의료 관계자’ 6문항, ‘프로그램 및 시설’ 7문항, ‘대중매체’ 4문항, ‘지도자’ 4문항, ‘정책 및 지원기관’ 7문항, ‘지인’ 3문항, ‘이동권’ 3문항, ‘가족’ 4문항, 8개의 요인 38문항을 확정하여 장애인 운동참여에 영향을 미치는 생태학적 변인 측정도구를 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement instrument of ecological variable which effects for ecological variables that influence on physical activity participation by individuals with disabilities. In the first phase of this study, a total of 2167 individuals with disabilities who were participating in physical activities responded on the open-ended questionnaire. Nine primary factors with 39 questions were established as the preliminary criterion. In the second, 8 primary factors with 38 questions were extracted by the exploratory factor analysis for the results of the survey for a total of 200 individuals with disabilities. Then, a total of 1,962 individuals with disabilities were carried out by survey amended criterion and the results were finalized by confirmatory factor analysis. The followings are the results of this study. The first, 10 ecological variables were extracted within open-ended questionnaire that is to investigate into the effects on people with a disabilities participation in physical activity and total 9 primary factors such as family, instructor, medical personnel, right for movement, policy & support organization, organization belonging to, acquaintance, mass media, program & facility and 39 questions were established. Second, 8 primary factors with 38 questions such as 6 questions of medical personnel, 7 questions of program & facility, 4 questions of mass media, 4 questions of instructor, 7 questions of policy & support organization, 3 questions of acquaintance, 3 questions of right for movement, 4 questions of family were extracted within the results of exploratory factor analysis after the survey with first structured questionnaires preliminary measurement instrument. Third, measurement instrument for ecological variable influencing on people with a disabilities participation in physical activity was developed after the confirmation of 8 primary factors with 38 questions throughout second structured questionnaires by confirmatory factor analysis.
