The purpose of this study was to compare physical education teachers' attitude with special physical education teachers' one toward physical activity. The subjects on this study were total 248 (physical education teacher 130, special physical education teacher 118). The questionnaire used for this study was Teachers' Attitudes toward physical activity (TECPE) developed by Kulinna, Pamela, Hodges & Stephen (1997). The TACPE test was consist of physical activity/fitness, self-actualization, motor skill development, and social development, made the scale was a type of Likert. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, conclusions were as follows; First. There was significant difference between physical education teachers' attitude and special physical education teachers' one toward physical activity (specifically physical activity and fitness, self-actualization, social development, and motor skill development). While the physical education teachers considered a physical activity and fitness more important then special one do, special schools' physical education teacher considered a social development more important. Second. While there was no difference about the field of physical activity and fitness, self-actualization, and social development according to career, only the field of motor skill development, there was significant difference between teachers under 5 and teachers 6 up to 10 in the career. Third. Also, there was significant difference between male teachers' attitude and female teachers' attitude toward physical activity. The male teachers considered the field of physical activity and fitness as the most important thing, but the female teachers considered the field of social development as the most important thing.
