Internet addiction can hinder building social skills at the period of and give negative impact to adaptation on normal life, and even trigger cyber-crimes. To deal with this problem, government has conducted anti-addiction program and specialized counseling program to prevent and minimize the internet addiction for a while. However, there are no laws or institutional tools to prevent teenagers’ internet over-use. With this point of view, this study will analyze actual condition of teenagers’ internet use, and by using this data, political measures regarding internet addiction will be delivered. 1) Individual aspect: Internet users should carry with self-control ability. Thus, in the case of adolescent period where is hard to find concrete self-control ability, teenagers should experience activities that build confidence and self-esteem so can control themselves. 2) Family aspect: As an effort to prevent internet addiction in home, parents and children need to have more conversation and participate in activity programs or voluntary activity in a mean of being free from the addiction. 3) Community / School aspect: In schools, education about internet where is social place or cultural media, prevention training of on-line game addiction, abilities to deal with unhealthy information, and media education for sound internet use should be achieved in a variety of curriculum. 4) Society / Nation aspect: Specialized organizations equipped with the legal tools regarding internet addiction should develop and apply means of treatment for internet addiction counseling and therapy services.
