In this study reviews the industrial society in the country emerged as an important policy challenge work-family balance policies that changes in the welfare states of Esping-Anderson types, classified as focusing on countries were investigated.
As the late industrial society, the welfare state occurred in the process of implementing a new social risks in order to respond to local conditions and experience of social policy is the maintenance. Child care policy in particular, the welfare state and labor market participation and the status of women work-family balance policies are affecting many. In this study, first, work-family balance policies by reviewing existing literature and, second, after 2000 years, the child care and women's labor market participation of the welfare state work-family is compatible with any change in policy. As a result, child care and women in each country to participate in a labor market - a significant impact on family balance policies were found.
