The Industry-Academic Cooperation is established by Promotion of industrial education and industry-academic cooperation actandis to contribute to the development of local communities and the nation by training creative industrial manpower to serve the needs of the industrial society, and by developing, providing, and disseminating such new knowledge and technologies as required for further progress of industries, through the promotion of industrial education and industry-academic cooperation. A university may have an organization in charge of the affairs of industry-academic cooperation under the conditions as prescribed by the school regulations, In one signature case examined in this paper, the chief of the University gave the fund which is from the Government for the developing an aviation industry to teachers who is not related to aviation industry for their salaries for the industry-academic cooperation. This case is from the Supreme Court; 2011. 10.13. 2009 do 13751. Misappropriation is embezzlement, in which people take funds to which they are not entitled. People may misappropriate funds for their own purposes, or for other uses which were not authorized.
