The education has been a long with the human society since the past. The education is the learning process transferring knowledge experiences skills culture social values that pass on form generation to generation. Nowadays the educational system has been continually developed. There are many levels of education for example, the primary school, secondary school, high school including under graduation. Thai education has a long history. Since Sukrothai Era, it is the beginning of using Thai alphabet. Thai educational system has been change and developed throughout Ayutthaya Era and Rattanakosin Era by adopting the western European educational system. Since 1932 the country was change from the absolute monarchy to democracy, the education became the important issue for every government throughout the time. So the education is a significant element to building the human resource which is necessary to develop the economy and society. Since 1999 the government has been making the progression the educational reformation by reviewing and evaluating the educational working process. The consequent is to provide the suitable educational system for the need of the new generation learners. In year 2009 the government arranged the second period of the educational reformation from 2009-2018 after the first period of the educational reformation was studied and analyzed. The result of the studying will guide to the new method of the educational arrangement by focusing on some weak points occurring in the past. The difficulties can be classified in 4 issues consisting of: inefficient about the education management, hack of the system to produce the qualified teachers, the social and economic inequality to the education opportunity. The political instability to the educational management, which are important to the lack of educational efficiency and effectiveness. The past educational reformation points out that more quality of education should have been increased the educational opportunity must be expanded equally and the public hearing, about the educational management should be opened to interested person. The education helping people to have opportunity for developing the ability of themselves is the principle that must be considered. In the present, the education reformation concern with the economic, social, political system and others. The systems connect to each other under the democratic regime. So, every organization in the society should pay attention and cooperate with each other about the educational reformation. The aim of educational reformation can be reached out as the result of paying attention and expressing opinions by people also, the executive person must comply with every request from the people.
