This article is a discreet inquiry consisting of two parts. The first part of the inquiry describes the historical conditions from which a state emerged in Trans Jordan and the beginnings of the Arab Legion, its creation and evolution during 1920s. Especially this analyzes the Tribal rebellions against the system creation of British-Abdullah cooperation and the role of Military Elite, Frederick G. Peake(General Peake Pasha) from Britain in establishing British-Abdullah cooperation system. The second part describes the Expansion of the Arab Legion since 1931 and the role of Military Elite, John Bagot Glubb(General Glubb Pasha) from Britain in creating of the Desert Patrol and integrating the Bedouin Tribals. Since then the Tribals have played the key role in military and politics. Behind the popularity of the Jordan King has been the unquestioned loyalty of the Arab Legion, based on tribal fidelity to the monarch. Control of the armed forces and key political support at the national level have depended on allocation of important positions and opportunities to members of leading tribes. British supporting policies and two Military Elites from Britain made these possible at the beginning of the State.
