As speak in front, 2008 is full misfortune to world money market including the United States of America. I write this treatise to analyze cause of the misfortune. A certain person speaks that there was financial crisis always. But, I think that is work that it is made by human's greed. First, I think that it was made by governmental excessive greed. That is, I think that objective of banking reorganization of advanced nation was one only. They wanted to become international banking center. Because international banking center can make them as is rich. The United States of America did not dishonor processing if there are much properties investment bank in state of administration change for the worse. This is its evidence. Such truth is similar the Britain. The Britain reformed banking to make international banking center. Second, financial crisis happened by financial institution's problem action. Financial institution grew receiving protection of the country. Therefore, financial institution is clamorous in financial policy of the country. But, government reformed banking, and financial institution received banking innovation. Now, financial institution used banking innovation preferably. Financial institution operated perforce to survive. But, financial institution became victim of overheated vying. Financial institution's something wrong action pauperized own finally, and caused financial crisis at last. Third, financial crisis was made by consumer's something wrong action. Corporation and individual are banking consumer who finance and acquire profit in call money. Therefore, they must trust financial institution. There is basis of trust in financial institution's peculiarity justly. Therefore, they bought real estate if real estate value rises. Capital market law is enforced in Korea now. This law may cause financial crisis. Therefore, we must examine this law circumspectly.
