This study focuses on difference in technology acceptance of CRS users. It approached from the perspective of working environment and demographic characteristics targeting working-level staffs for airline and travel agency, who use CRS. It has significance in a sense of a research that integrated TAM and CRS(Computer Reservation System). The results, which verified the factors of influencing the use of CRS in employees for airlines and travel agencies, and the difference in TAM, can be summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying depending on working environment, it was indicated that there is difference in CRS influential factor, perceived usability, perceived ease use, and use intention. Especially, only in compensation factor among CRS influential factors, the airline was surveyed to be higher than travel agency. Second, as a result of verifying according to demographic characteristics, it was indicated that there is difference in gender, academic background, job position, and partial factor in income except age.
