The purpose of this study is to examine factors of educational service quality influencing chinese student's satisfaction and intention of recommendation. Data were collected from 164 chinese students of studying at university in korea.
The results are as follows. Educational service quality consists of professor factors, facilities factors, administrative factors, welfare factors. First, Educational service quality has a positive influence on chinese student's satisfaction. Especially professor, facilities, welfare factors were significant on student's satisfaction except administrative factors. Second, Chinese student's satisfaction has a positive influence on intention of university recommendation.
This results suggests that implication on university strategies for chinese students to improve their satisfaction and make more chinese students come to study at University in Korea.
