The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the quality and methodological quality of the meta - analysis of domestic health related fields using the AMSTAR evaluation tool to provide a health - related basis. To accomplish this goal, we selected 13 domestic metaanalysis research items for the purpose of research, and collected data based on research problems as follows. First, the major characteristics of t he d omestic h ealth meta - a nalysis study a re a s follow s: 1 i n 2004, 1 in 2 013, 2 i n 2014, 1 in 2015, 2 in 2016, 4 in 2017 and 2 in 2018. There were 3 mental health related researches and 3 health related researches on the topics, 2 health related factors (cancer and tobacco) researches, 2 health related programs and model related researches One for psychology research, and one for health application research. The number of each study included in the meta - analysis ranged from at least 8 to as many as 80. All journal types excluding theses corresponded to the research foundation list, and 7 research papers and 6 unsupported papers appeared. Specific related variables except health were classified into mental, psychological health, health - related factors, and program - related studies. Second, the methodological quality evaluation score of the domestic health related meta - analysis study was at least 8 points to 11 points out of 11 points. The average level (5 ~ 8 points) was 4 points and the high level was 9 points Respectively.
