In this study, the vibration / sensitivity performance of the steering wheel amateur core was analyzed and the influence of each factor was analyzed. The factors affecting the parameters are spoke, rim, bass rib, and so on. To understand the influence level of these factors, frequency response analysis was performed based on the experimental design method. The frequency response of the designed amateur core was analyzed to confirm the vibration / sensitivity performance of each model. Based on the influence of the identified factors, we tried to increase the design efficiency by decreasing the initial time of the design by applying the factors showing good performance in the initial stage of the amateur core. Based on the generated parameters, the amateur core was reflected in the design, and the data verification was performed by comparing the expected performance results with the analysis results of actual design data. Based on these analysis techniques, we were able to shorten initial design time and optimize the design by using the created parameters.
