The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the three factors (physical environment, programs, attitudes by staff) of the Wando International Seaweed Exposition of 2017 have significant influences on revisit intention. The statistical techniques used in this study are frequency analysis to identify the demographic characteristics, factor analysis to validate the data and variables, and causality between variables using the factor scores generated through factor analysis. Also, a simple regression analysis was used. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the study are presented based on the purposes of the study and the conclusions drawn from the basis of the research result are as follows. First, the physical environment of the expo plays an important role in revisit intention. Therefore, planners and practitioners hosting the fair should be interested in the internal environment, external environment, event scale, event expertise, event safety, and rest area, which constitute a physical environmental factor. Second, it is necessary to reflect the newness, usefulness, fun, and local cultural characteristics of the event, along with the physical environment factor of the fair. The Wando-Gun needs to develop the fair as rich and creative events in order to hold a permanent exhibition. Third, the attitude by staff that make up the exposition have a significant effect on revisit intention, so the knowledge by staff, the friendly response to visitor requirements, and attention to careful answer are needed. Therefore, it is important to educate staff before the fair.
