The purpose of this study is to verify the utilization and satisfaction, preference for each policy and the effect of SME support on various export support systems implemented by Gyeonggi Province. Based on the results, we propose efficient operation plan of export support system.
The results of this study are as follows; First, in examining the correlation between the export support system preference and the export support effect, all 10 items of export support system preference show a positive (+) correlation with the export support effect. In other words, the higher the company"s preference, the higher the effect of export support. The results of the regression analysis show that 5 items such as support for participation in overseas exhibitions, online export marketing support, and export insurance support have positive effects on the causality of export support effect.
Second, in the verification of the correlation between the sufficiency of the export support system and the export support effect, all 10 items show a positive (+) correlation with the export support effect. However, in the results of the regression coefficient, only the support of the foreign buyers" conference and the support of the export insurance showed a positive (+) effect on the causality of the export support effect. On the other hand, support for participating in overseas exhibitions, support for participation in foreign market pioneering groups, and support for online export marketing did not have a significant effect on the support performance.
Finally, the effect of export support system on the export support effect was not significant. In other words, there is little adjustment effect of export size on export support system.
