This study conducted a semantic network analysis by collecting reviews of luxury hotel and business hotel in Busan through Naver and Daum. The data was collected by Textom, and it has been used Ucinet 6 as the analysis program to visualize them by performing semantic link. According to the analysis, the word ‘haeundae, travel, seoul, jeju island, and the best’ were the top five words in the result of the luxury hotel, and words related to subsidiary facilities such as "breakfast, packages, service, and promotion" are frequently found, which makes there is a definite difference between luxury hotel and business hotel. On the contrary, the top words related to business hotel appeared in the order of "haeundae, travel, accommodation, and busan travel", and included words about schedules such as "2nights 3days, 1night 2days and 3nights 4days". In addition, the frequency of words related to positions such as "busan station, nampodong, gwanganri" was also high. You may feel that there is little difference in the market segment, but these materials will help you make more effective sales by specifying a marketing plan that is appropriate in detail.
