In order to political stability and strengthen capitalist market economy system in Mongolia, it’s necessary to figure out causes of the problem at the process of change of the economic structure and emergence process of the capitalist in the period of system transformation.
From the feudal society through socialism to the capitalism, figure out the changing process of the sector of Mongolian economy and analyzing the process of emergence of vested interests. Then the way to develop of Mongolian democracy and market economy system. In addition, it is possible to figure out the background and characteristics of the Mongolian capitalist which is different from other transition countries.
The opportunity class mobility in Mongolia is still opened and it serves as an incentive to give dynamism to society, but at the same time it reveal that limitations to overcome.
In order to develop democracy and market economy, it is necessary to Institutional improvement which based upon social consensus in Mongolia.
