The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the functional factors of leisure perceived by University students on the constraints of participation in leisure activity and career preparation behavior of University students. To accomplish this goal, 393 University students from Seoul and Kyunggi province in March and June of 2016 were surveyed using questionnaires. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS (Ver. 21) statistical program The following conclusions were drawn. First, in the relationship between leisure function and leisure constraint, leisure intention had a positive (+) effect on the environment, and leisure intent had a positive (+) influence on negative recognition and lack of time. Second, leisure self-confidence and leisure attitude had a positive (+) influence on self-comprehension behavior in the relationship of leisure function and career preparation behavior. Leisure desire was significant positive. Third, in the influence relationship between leisure constraints and career preparation behaviors, the facility environment had a positive (+) influence on occupational world search behavior and negative recognition had a positive (+) influence on self-comprehension behavior. On the other hand, the lack of environment had a negative effect on the improvement of occupational ability, the injury risk had a significant negative effect on occupational world search behavior, and the lack of time was significant And negative (-) effects.
