The main goal of this study was to identify the essential factors of work-leisure conflict and leisure-work facilitation for Korean office workers and to develop measures for the factors. For this goal, a three step study was conducted. In the first step study, we surveyed 644 office workers aged between 30"s and 40"s, and from this, 42 questions could be identified for the next survey after conducting inductive analysis of each four components between work and leisure relationship. In the second step study, we interviewed 537 office workers to develop the measures, and using this we conducted factor analysis such as EFA(n=257) and CFA(n=280). In the final step study, We implemented the criterion-related validity test for the measure we have developed in the second step study. From the analysis, we developed the final measure for work-leisure conflict that consists of four components: WL-negative emotion, LW_negative emotion, WL_time pressure, and Absence of regulation with 17 sub-questions. For the leisure-work facilitation, we provide a measure that consists of four components with 16 sub-questions: WL_positive emotion, LW_positive emotion, LW_resource gain, and WL_resource gain. They tuned out to be different and independent concepts.
