The purpose o this study is analysis to the relationship between self-identity and perceived leisure competence of workers. More specifically, this study is mainly purposed to show tire relationship of worker`s subfactors of self-identity-self assertiveness, sense of self, goal-directedness, stability, interpersonal relations, uniqueness, self-acceptance-on subfactors of perceived leisure competence-physical, social, cognitive competence. This study was set up to workers as a mother group at the job which located in seoul, and whose sampling method was clustered random sampling method and extracted number of 446. Statistics employed in this study were Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis. Based upon the results of the analyses, the following findings came to an end: First, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to self-assertiveness as subfactor of self-identity, and more specifically, Related level of social competence of Perceived leisure competence is showed high to self-assertiveness(β=.3443***). Second, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to sense of self as subfactors of self-identity, and more specifically, Related level of racial competence of Perceived leisure competence is showed high to sense of self(β=.2103***). Third, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to goal-directedness as subfactors of self-identity, and more specifically, Related levels of social(β=.1832***) and physical(β=.1105*) competence of leisure competence are showed high to goal-directedness. Forth, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to stability as subfactors of self-identity, and more specifically, Related levels of social(β=.1659***) and physical (β=.1781***) competence of leisure competence are showed high to stability. Fifth, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to interpersonal relations as subfactors of self-identity, and more specifically, Related levels of all social(β=.3719***), physical(β=.1705***), and cognitive(β=.1566***) competence of leisure competence are showed high to self-assertiveness. Sixth, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to uniqueness as subfactors of self-identity, and more specifically. Related level of social competence of leisure competence is showed high to uniqueness(β=.2004***). Seventh, Perceived leisure competence of workers is related to self-acceptance as subfactors of self-identity, and mare specifically, Related level of social competence of leisure competence is showed high to self-acceptance(β=.1830***). And, R Square observed fitness of liner model was revealed total explanation to dependent variable and was showed low explanation wholly except for self-assertiveness(R2 =.1305), and stability(R2 =1767) as dependent in this study.
