The purpose of this study is to investigate influential relations among the health belief, health promotion education and leisure satisfaction of adolescents in the growth phase. For this purpose, the study found its subjects in 300 high school students living in K-gu, Seoul in 2018 and carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Cronbach’s α coefficients were used to test the reliability of questionnaire items in internal consistency. Collected data was analyzed with the PASW 18.0 Version. The analysis results led to the following conclusions: First, the study examined the effects of health belief on health promotion education among adolescents in the growth phase and found that susceptibility had significant effects on self-realization and that seriousness had significant effects on health responsibility and stress management. Secondly, the study then looked into the impacts of health belief on the leisure satisfaction of adolescents in the growth phase and found that seriousness had significant impacts on physical satisfaction and that barriers had significant impacts on physical, social and environmental satisfaction. Finally, the study delved into the influences of health promotion education on their leisure satisfaction and found that self-realization had significant influences on physical, social and environmental satisfaction, that health responsibility had significant influences on physical satisfaction, and that stress management had significant influences on physical, social and environmental satisfaction.
