The rapid increase in the number of first-family households has led to the remodeling of the housing market, mainly for small households, rather than couples and children. Among them, social attention is mounting on the possibility of being an alternative housing model for a single household, with the advantage that individuals living in a SharePoint house can build stable housing functions and relationships with tenants at low cost.
This study was based on 78 Sharehouses of ‘woozoo’, a social firm that is well-known and has helped relatively young people’s well-being, through website, sub-representative interview survey and GIS analysis.
The results are summarized as follows: 1) Space company Sharehouse has seen a surge from 2013 to 2016 after the supply began and then decline since 2017. This is due to the expansion of the sharehold supply market, which suggests it is developing into a chicken game. 2) The reduction in the number of residents per room since 2016 indicates that efforts are being made to enhance residential comfort. 3) In the early days of SharePoint House, if 2 or 4 rooms were small in size and small capital investments were common, like Woozoo 16, the recent opening 67 to 72 was a large-scale, large-capital investment trend. 4) Improving the efficiency of bathrooms, designing space for storage storage, and dividing rooms into private space provision, large-scale, enterprise-style SharePoint house designs were evolving to secure price advantages for competitors.
