When using the online flight ticketing systems, there are price gaps existing especially for search again and again from the same computer or the browser [2]. Because of these internet platforms has price differences on the customer’s scrubbed or not scrubbed cookies on their web browser [3]. And for the serious buyers observes, then system may increase the ticketing price [3]. To avoid man-in-the middle’s increased price and validating the price of air ticketing in the system, the trending blockchain technology might be an option.
Thus, this paper is aimed to research and to suggest the innovative way to avoid air-ticket customers from the amplified air-ticket prices. The method of the research will be using the block-chain technology characteristics based on the literature review, and the result we will design and suggest the conceptual system platform for this issue.
The importance of this paper is researching on the unexplored research area, introducing innovative and latest technology blockchain related solutions to solve the air-ticket increased pricing issues. The limitation of the study is proposed solutions is not validated through expertise and practical application created. But further studies and works will check through system experts, and will test the demo version application system.
