Purpose: In the modern international society, the change of life pattern and marriage have changed the value or ideology, and the number of one or two households is continuously increasing. As a result, public and private companies are carrying out "shared housing" projects mainly in Seoul and metropolitan areas, and this is developing as a new residential trend called "Share House". In this study, we try to analyze the common space of Japanese Shared House. Method: Methods and main contents of the study are as follows. First, I will analyze the characteristics of the Japan Sheer House and analyze the development of the Japan Sheer House through the review of the previous research and the theoretical review. Second, we will review brief overview and overall characteristics of Shared House in Japan selected as an example, and analyze the composition of public space. Third, we want to analyze how the common space of the selected Shared House is linked and flexible. Result: In this study, we analyzed characteristics of common space planning in Japan "s Shared House and analyzed the case of Shared House. It is expected that the analysis of the common space in Japan will be used as a basic material for forming a chaperone house suitable for the domestic environment in the future.
