This study was conducted to derive the attributes of convention destination information source and information in visitor’s information search behavior, and to find the factors both of the two that impacts the visitor’s information quality satisfaction. For the purpose of this study, data were collected from convention destination (KINTEX & COEX Convention Center) visitors who have the convention destination information search experience. A total of 344 useful samples were used for the analysis. Factor and multiple regression were performed the factor analysis delineated 7 underlying factors related to information source such as outdoor advertisement, a public institution guide & individual agency, internet advertisement & specialized magazine, blog & mobile advertisement, mass media, organizer homepage/ institution site & brochure, personal information source. And also confirmed 4 different convention information underlying factors, including convention destination service information, the background & introduce of convention or organizer, agenda & schedule, program. The different expected performance factors were identified such as the increasing search of organizer homepage/ institution site & brochure, blog & SNS, personal information source, the greater convention destination quality satisfaction, the same as with the information section, such as background & introduce of convention or organizer, agenda and schedule, program and the information quality satisfaction about activity. Conclusion and implication were provided in the conclusion section.
