This study was conducted to identify the influence of perceived organizational support in travel agents on organization commitment and customer orientation and management performance. The study was carried out for regular employees in travel agencies by collecting 281 questionnaires. As a result of the study, first, as for the influence of perceived organizational support on organization commitment, both royalty organization commitment and personal relations organization commitment was partially accepted. Second, as for the influence of perceived organizational support on customer orientation was accepted. Third, perceived organizational support on management performance was accepted. Fourth, as for the influence of organization commitment on customer orientation, both royalty organization commitment and personal relations organization commitment was partially accepted. Fifth, as for the influence of organization commitment on management performance, both royalty organization commitment and personal relations organization commitment was partially accepted. Thus, it shows that perceived organizational support in travel agents is related to organization commitment and customer orientation and management performance.
