This study aims at looking into the influence on satisfaction with uniforms, satisfaction with job, and customer orientation of uniform image Compatibility, on the target of hotel employees who worked in the affiliation of Star Wood Hotel situated at the capital. This study analyzed hypothesis 1, Image Compatibility on hotel employee uniforms will have an influence on satisfaction with uniforms and found out that it was statistically significant. The hotel image Compatibility figure was higher. This study analyzed hypothesis 2, Satisfaction with uniforms on hotel employee will have an influence on job satisfaction and found out that it was statistically significant. This study analyzed hypothesis 3, Uniform satisfaction on hotel employee will have an influence on orientation toward customers and found out that it was statistically significant. This study analyzed hypothesis 4, Job satisfaction of hotel employees will have an influence on orientation toward customers and found out that only symbolism of uniforms was statistically significant.
