This study purposes for affect of baker`s rhinitis symptom which is one of the experience inconveniences within performing work task and routine. It might effect on self-efficiency and turnover intention for bakers. This study selected bakeries in five-star hotels, major hyper-markets, franchised bakeries and self-employed bakeries in Seoul, Kyunggi and Incheon province from 1st September to 15th September and total 406 were used for empirical analysis. Collected questionnaires were analyzed by statistical package SPSS 18.0. Additionally, to be find out test of hypothesis it adapted statistical package SPSS AMOS 18.0 using confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for searching credibility analysis, collecting feasibility and differentiation feasibility. According to this study, 40% of bakers face difficulties by rhinitis with performing their work task. Moreover, these rhinitis symptom decreases faith and confidence as well as it lead negative impact on work procedure. The rhinitis symptom seem to relate with direct reason for job turnover nevertheless the employees consider their turnover within reduced faith and achievement-self-efficiency.
