The purpose of this study is to examine implications of conflict factors and types of conflict management styles of hotel front-desk and housekeeping employees, and to determine whether there are significant differences in conflict factors and management styles. The analysis of data on hotel front-desk and housekeeping employees revealed that there were four types of conflict factors: difference in jobs, difference in perceptions, difference in organizations, and difference in individuals. Conflict management styles, however, consisted of three factors: compromise and adaptation, evasion, and political strife. In the verification of presumptions, analysis of conflict factors of hotel front-desk and housekeeping employees, revealed significant differences with regard to difference in jobs. No significant differences were found among hotel front-desk and housekeeping employees for all three types of conflict management styles. Finally, the correlation between conflict factors and the type of conflict management styles of hotel front-desk and housekeeping employees, was examined. Significant correlations were found between difference in jobs and evasion; difference in perceptions, compromise and adaptation, evasion, and political strife; difference in organizations and political strife, and the difference in individuals, compromise and adaptation, and political strife.
