This study is to examine the moderating effect of Big 5 personality(extraversion & neuroticism) between workplace bullying and job attitude. To this end, we collected 250 samples of employees working in the kitchen of family restaurants. Among the collected 250 sample, 241 samples were usable for the analysis excluding 9. The results are as follows. Firstly, regarding recognition of workplace bullying, it is found that isolation and psychological harassment have statistically significant negative impact on job satisfaction. And it is also found that threat to professional status, isolation and psychological harassment have statistically positive impact on the intention to change jobs. Secondly, extraversion has positive impact on job satisfaction and negative impact on turnover intention. However, neuroticism has not statistically significant impact on job attitude. Thirdly, according to the analysis which investigates if extraversion and neuroticism play a moderating role in the relation with recognition of workplace bullying and job attitude. It is found that extraversion and neuroticism plays a moderating role partly in relation with the workplace bullying and job satisfaction and turnover intention. In conclusion, managers in foodservice industry will need to provide employees with the environment which can help staff improve cooperation, unity and solidarity within the organization.
