Raised the necessity of the social responsibility of the church in society and aging, this study was conducted in order to prove the usefulness of the elderly training program. To this end, the present study university church in Seoul in 2011 Silver 31 people who participated in the process of the Academy seniors pre-and post-surveys were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. Silver Academy seniors who participated in the process, they process, they take after results showed overall satisfaction. However, for items with the education given the relatively low scores compared to the other items that should be noted. Second, education and life satisfaction of the elderly were generally positive change. Will need to encourage older people than many communities to participate in the process of silver Acaderny, a wider variety of training courses will be reflected. However, improve educational outcomes, and maximize the Silver Academic problems in the past, in order to participate in the Silver Academy, but who currently do not participate for the Elderly survey will be needed.
