In this study, a number of cases and episodes were reviewed. we reviewed basic concepts of RV(recreational vehicle) park and cottage for the elder in pacific islands. Many elderly people face housing problems of one kind or another and have difficulty in obtaining proper information. Silvertown is a wide range of town for senior housing. For a good example, there are a number of cottages for old persons. Senior Cottages are specially designed communities staffed to serve the needs of those with memory loss. The cottages provide a protected, comfortable, therapeutic environment that helps residents maintain dignity and self-esteem as they and their families live with the dementia. Our philosophy of care is built on the concept of preserving the dignity of residents, their family and friends, and staff. We create a sense of well-being, in a supervised environment, life agendas in later life, housing is the key to comprehensive overall problems. For example, health and psychological problems aggravate if there is no suitable shelters in later life. In Particular, when we consider a framework of elderly welfare policy, providing a proper type of residential choice is the first step to offer a basic caregiving environment. a variety of choices for alternative housing for the seniors.
