This study has been performed to review main reasons of moving into elderly care facility in old age. In particular, this study intended to role criticality in deciding to move into retirement home or nursing related facilities in old age. reasons for move were reviewed process of residential changes in old life. Respondents for this survey are composed of 324 community residents aged 60 or more. The subjects were asked about their perceptions for five point scale of ① their socio-familial background, and ② how satisfied they were or how positively they agree with general aspects of the elderly facility, care program items, and residential environment. There are many reasons for residential changes when people get old. The framework adopted is that provided by the theory of consumer behaviour. Developing the mobility model within this framework permits explicit definition of concepts and clear specification of interrelationships. There is a significant impact of major on social aspect of the elderly. There is a positive relationship between parents preference for the facility and child generation`s perceptions; 85% answered yes altogether, while only 14 percent answered reversely. Overall in this study, it is optimistic that activation plan of the intergeneration will make the leaders more hopeful as well as ordinary user members as indicated at the third phase study, and they feel management outcomes are good reflection of financial supports.
