The purpose of this study were to identify factors of successful aging for suitable korean society and to investigate structural relationships between factors of successful aging. The components of the factors consisted of life habit, physical · cognitive functions, psychosocial characteristics and productive activities. Subjects were female and male among 1,814 baby-boomer collected from 4th KLoSA Panel. Data were analyzed by Amos program 20.0 version. Major findings of this study were as follows; In case of female, only pathway of latent variable psychosocial characteristics→productive activities was positively related. Otherwise, In case of male, pathways of latent variable life habit→physical · cognitive functions→productive activities, life habit→physical · cognitive functions→psychosocial characteristics→productive activities, and life habit→psychosocial characteristics→productive activities were positively related.
