Report Errors

In this study, managers of foreign firms with operations in Korea evaluated the preferences of fourteen investment attractiveness of a partner firm. The fourteen investment attractiveness was restructured to be three factors through factor analysis. T-test was employed to determine whether attractiveness preferences were a function of investment characteristics. The results indicate that attractiveness preferences depend on the market orientation, type of product, and size of labor force. These results indicate that the Korean government and partner firms are advised to provide the incentives deemed important by investors and to understand the preferences of investment attractiveness of a partner firm in case of joint venture.
