Satisfaction is the manifestation of a sufficient and generous human psychological state without the mind being satisfied or being exhausted. Housing satisfaction refers to the feeling of satisfaction when living in a residential area.
The residential satisfaction survey is different according to the thinking about needs satisfaction, performance difference, equity, future prediction. It is also determined by physical, geographical, and environmental factors. In the existing paper, residential satisfaction was analyzed using physical, geographical, and environmental factors as variables.
As a result of analysis, it was found that feng shui factors affect residential satisfaction in addition to the general factors of apartment housing which affects the residence satisfaction of residents.
This study showed that the feng shui factor proved that it contributes to the stabilization of the housing by improving the residential satisfaction of residents living in the apartment complex and creating a harmonious and comfortable residence environment considering the feng shui factor and enhancing the quality level of the living environment have.
