This article has as its objective to interpret the Chavez Revolution with the three perspectives not only of Decoloniality but also of Populism and Radical Democracy. The methodology of the studies is to analyze the Revolution not in the emphirical-practical approach but in ideological-epistemic one with the proper theories. The ‘internal coloniality’ had existed in Venezuela until 1998 especially due to the neoliberalism after the second half of the 80’s. But in the year of 1989, Caracazo appeared in Venezuela as ‘popular demands’ of Ernesto Laclau. The Comunal Councils can be considered as one of the apparatuses to pass by the liberal institutions to radicalize the democracy. In this sense, the Chavez Revolution would be considered not as ‘socialism’ but as ‘radical democracy’ or ‘radicalization of the liberal democracy’. And also, CELAC of 2011 signifies the real independence of the Latin America from the Eurocentrism or Coloniality.
