In this study, we have built an integrated information system that could enhance and evaluate the effectiveness of demand management investment projects. In order to verify the system, the measured and verified result has been compared to the result with the M&V method based on the existing KEPCO statistics. For the testing, the LED lighting demand management investment project has been selected. Monitored and verified results by an integrated information system has been compared with the existing the M&V method based on the existing KEPCO statistics. The results have showed a little big difference value. Therefore, it is necessary to use the demand management performance evaluation system such as the integrated information system in order to do the accurate evaluation of the electricity demand management investment program.
