모바일 기기의 발전과 영상 검색 분야에서 딥러닝 기술의 성능 향상으로 두 가지를 모두를 활용한 기술개발과 서비스의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서비스 대상을 음식 영상에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행 할 때 필요한 모바일 환경에서 딥러닝을 활용한 음식 검색 기술을 개발하기 위한 요구사항을 음식 DB 구축, 딥러닝 모델 선정이 두 가지 관점에서 분석하여 보았다. 연구에 대한 평가와 구현을 위해 연구에 활용 가능한 딥러닝 모델 생성 및 검증에 대한 실험을 진행하였다.
