The purpose of this study is to find out the components of community facilities in the concept of a family specialized apartments, and to explore the their planning direction of the apartments through contents analysis. The contents of community facilities were collected from 27 apartment web-sites. These apartment were primarily catched by three key-words - family oriented, apartment, and community facility - in internet articles after November 2013, when the entertainment TV program of childcare was broadcast. The findings as follows; the components of the family friendly community facilities are provided the space for children(watering facilities, a thema playground, root of commuting to school, kids station etc.), family communication space(family room, campground etc.), and guest house for family holiday etc. The cultural aspects such as craft room and art room etc. as well as the customized facilities(sports, learning, and rest) were planned. Also, Kids, Mom’s, and Senior specialization space were planned. However, the concept of family specialization was mainly focused on young children and mom, and daddy was not mentioned. So, this concept develops into considering various family conditions such as daddy or mom friendly family, no kids family, single family, elderly family, and so on.
