According to the 2007 statistics, our country has entered into an era where the total number of foreigners in Korea has reached one million. Our society has historically emphasized homogeneity such as the white-clad folk, a single race, single culture, pure-bloodedism, etc, and those times are disappearing gradually. It is the times of harmony and consilience that a lot of heterogeneous elements such as a multiracial, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural society and multi religions are mixed and match together and also its boundary is collapsing and new hybrids are produced. Moreover, while pulling down walls in all scopes such as race, culture, education, company, technology, food, etc., new global times were already opened as each difference achieved balance, harmony, and understanding and could coexist with each other. A wave of the new change, which is a struggle for survival in many fields of our society trying to fit the starr of the new global times, already is rolling. However, the wave of these changes has confined itself to the response regarding an external situation change which is primarily related to survival, Namely, our society is not prepared to properly meet the coming new social relationship. For example, foreigners who lived in our country still meet inconveniences in their daily lives, the investment environment of foreign companies in our society has not been particularly improved, discrimination against foreign workers and human rights problems still exist. Moreover after Hines Ward, the temporary interest regarding children of mixed blood has already disappeared by power of pure-blooded ism and power of regionalism, kinship and school relationship. These local feelings cannot be destroyed yet in almost all scopes of our society such as politicians, all kinds of elections, a government official society, the work place and so on. Also multi-cultural families have rapidly increased in agricultural villages through international marriages, but a great number of problems have occurred while preparation to welcome migration women and their children still hesitates ar a process of trial and error. The United Nations Committee on elimination of Racial Discrimination urged in a statement that The Korean government must recognize the multi-ethnic character of contemporary Korean society and avoid the emphasis placed on the ethnic homogeneity of Korea. We who were born and grew up in this country and know it like the back of our hand do not exactly have a clear view of our problem. Thus, our society still has the premodern way of thinking that people who combine together by homogeneity do not allow people who have a heterogeneous element to approach. There were few personal, material and cultural interchanges with outsiders in our past traditional society so people had to live only with their same 치ass for a long time. In a society which emphasizes ethnic homogeneity, Homogeneous Ethics was formed by developing of the way of life, system, personal relationship, etc, However, now we can not live in an isolated society. Economically our country which is not blessed with natural resources finds it difficult to exist without relationships between other countries while importing and exporting. Our country, which was an agricultural country, depends on importing now as food sources are not self-sufficient. These domestic and foreign situation changes required active opening and becoming a member of global times, and as a result, a revolutionary change which was not able to be seen in the past rapidly is proceeded in an fields. In this way the newly invented society produced new key words such as fusion, harmony, cross breed, consilience, communication, coexistence, etc. As new key words exceeded those of homogeneous ethics of a classic society, a new ethics was required. Different ethics are appearing as new ethics meet in difference ways. In this thesis, I present first how correlation between consciousness and ethics is changed according to degrees of a consciousness development, and mention stagnation of homogeneous ethics and problems of homogeneous ethics in changed societies. I also show an ontological foundation of different ethics as new ethics, and try to establish how we set up relation between homogeneous ethics and different ethics.
