Report Errors
The study aims to examine the effect of watching motivation on spectators satisfaction and the mediation effect of team identification of U-league. To obtain the study results, a questionnaire survey was conducted for a total 300 spectators. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 program. The results yielded the following results. First, Among the sub-factors of watching motivation, only fan service has a significant effect on spectators satisfaction. Second, Team identification has a mediating effect between watching motivation and spectators satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the Korean Football Association and its universities must make an effort to propel fan-friendly, utilize social media, repair school physical facilities, include U-league viewing in college liberal arts classes, expand the rivalry composition, and maximize merchandising sales.
