Recently Smart Device like Smart Phone come into wide use and various research studies are underway on location based service (LBS) but the various problems still remains. Fingerprinting technique is a leading method used for indoor location based services. Even though The Method of Fingerprinting Map has high accuracy when indoor environment variable is close to 0 , there is a problem which the Map need to be rebuild whenever environment variable is changed and it required long time to do it. In this appear, we proposed the improved MAP building process for enhancing environmental adaptability based on the analyzed RSSI DATA and analyzed RSSI of WAP for each environment to solve this point. Proposed Building Method of Fingerprinting Map is the method of rebuilding fingerprinting MAP based on the received information from mobile equipment which has WAP information after building Data Table according to environment variable for each WAP Experimental. As a result, we can confirm that the position error is less than the conventional method.
