Aims: The purposes of this study were to identify differences between safety climates, perception on medication error reporting, and the reasons why medication errors were not reported by Korean nurses during 3 years of time interval. Differences in the level of safety climate and perception of medication errors reporting were observed between times. Background: Medication errors were the most prevalent adverse events threatening patient but not managed effectively regardless of many efforts in worldwide as in Korea.
