본 연구는 요리활동교육을 통해 남성자신의 건강관리 능력과 자존감을 향상시키고, 여성보다 평생교육의 참여율이 낮은 남성장애인의 평생학습의 기회제공과 더불어 자립의 기회를 확대하고자 실시하였다. 교육프로그램 활동을 통해 특히, 독거남성 장애인의 열악한 상황을 극복하며, 스스로 음식을 조리하는 등의 성공 경험을 성취하여 자존감향상과 우울감 감소의 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 남성 독거장애인 참여자 총 10명의 자아존중감 및 우울감 사전 · 사후 검사 결과, 4명으로부터 자아존중감 향상과 ... View All
