With drastic increase of mixed multimedia data of text, image, audio and video, number of users also increased. Multimedia data have characteristic of delivering large amount of information within short time span. For this reason, multimedia is rising as a medium for effectively transferring data. Downside of video is difficulty of searching specific information. Thus development of quick and accurate video search method is needed. Video search engine of showing search result and specific segment of video must be developed. To develop the proposed search engine, easier method must be identified and new unit concept must be established from current record or file unit. Objective of this research is to propose video search engine that can yield quick and accurate search result for increasing effectiveness of video information delivery.
