In recent years, the business model has been studied by a lot of scholars. In doing so, they focus how to describe it’s business model, ex post, by assuming implicitly that an entrepreneurial has already known his own business model. However, it is not useful when he does not know his own business model and try to seek find a proper one in reality. Thus, we examine several literatures on typical business model. Unlike their ex post approach, we suggest an ex ante practical guideline for the entrepreneurial how to develop and validate an innovative business model.
