The purpose of this study is to decrease separation rate through a study linking singularity of job satisfaction by medical esthetician"s behavior pattern to his/her aptitude. Among 400 estheticians, 389 copies were used in the final analysis after review.
First, according to the distribution chart, Type I behavior pattern is the highest and Type S is the second highest.
Second, after graduation from a beauty-related college, the subjects worked for 1-3 years and they changed their job due to time, monthly holiday, salary, etc.
Third, in terms of the job satisfaction of local esthetician, working conditions had the high effect on job satisfaction of the estheticians with Types D, I and S; task support system had the high effect on job satisfaction of the estheticians with Type C. The estheticians with Types D and S turned out to be suitable for working as local esthetician.
Fourth, in terms of working as chain esthetician, the estheticians with Types D, I and C showed high satisfaction with working environment; the estheticians with Type S showed high satisfaction with workload. The estheticians with Types I and C turned out to be suitable for working as chain esthetician.
