The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of cavitation ultrasound care on abdominal obesity for women between the ages of 30 to 40.
First, the general characteristics of the subjects such as age, marital status, birth experience, menstrual cycle, sleep time, number of exercise, obesity, family history, drinking frequency, and diet were slightly different from one another, but there were no significant differences that can affect the result of the study.
Second, after 6 weeks of treatment, the circumference of upper abdominal region of subjects in group A were reduced by 6.48cm (p<.01), and that of subjects in group B was reduced by 3.52cm (p<.05). Third, the waist circumference of subjects in group A was reduced by 5.33cm (p<.01), and that of subjects in group B reduced by 3.51 cm (p<.01)
Fourth, the circumference of lower abdominal region of subjects in group A was reduced by 5.33 cm (p<.01), and that of subjects in group B was reduced by 3.77 cm (p<.01).
Fifth, the body weight of subjects in group A was decreased by 3.95kg(p<.001), and that of subjects in B was decreased by 2.34kg (p<.001).
Sixth, changes in body fat mass decreased in the experimental group A 2.60kg (p <.01), reduced experimental group B was 1.85kg (p <.001).
Seventh, BMI (body mass index), the change in the experimental group A 1.55kg / ㎡ decreased (p <.001), experimental group B 0.95kg / ㎡ was reduced (p <.001).
Eighth, changes in body fat decreased by 0.55% in the experimental group A (p <.01), decreased by 0.95% in the experimental group B (p<.01).
Ninth, the experimental group in the change of WHR decreased in group A was 0.03 (p <.01), the experimental group was reduced in group B was 0.02 (p <.01).
Ultrasonic cavitation management epigastric women 30-40, waist, lower abdomen, weight, body fat, BMI, body fat, WHR was a decrease. Thus, in terms of management of abdominal obesity and body to be effective in terms of health care, respectively. Today, a serious metabolic disease that causes abdominal obesity is emerging as the study was started to improve.
