This paper presents the sinusoidal oscillator circuit using uniform distributed RC (URC) as passive element and operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) as active element. The output waveform width and height can be independently controlled by the OTA bias currents, which are not dependent on power supply level. In addition, the supply voltage of circuit to operate with only plus/minus 2 Volts. The simulated results by PSpice program of circuit indicated that, the design waveform circuit can support high frequency, it is thus suitable to be fabricated for integrated circuit. The result of sinusoidal oscillator circuit simulation is accordance well with theoretical analysis.
