Instructional professionalism hold the core competency of teachers. This study investigates culture of lessons of the elementary. Distinctive culture of lessons of the elementary schools is illustrated by examining different views and proper considerations between regular class and open class. First, culture of lessons of the elementary school in the regular class is presented. It has the exclusiveness of instructional professionalism as a form of the isolation of each teacher and classroom. Second, the instructional culture in the open class is described. It is inclined by the negative perspectives. because conducting the open class is usually not from teacher’s inner motivation but from other factors. In detail, the open class is defined as a once of show, an extra duty, an unnatural class with a subsequent insignificance gathering for feedback.
